Especially at the end of the year and during the Christmas season, our culture shines through: solidarity, compassion, and responsibility. With this fundraising campaign for children's hospices, "ZF hilft." is sending a message of humanity—where help is often quietly needed and rarely in the spotlight.
“Forgotten help” – that’s what aid efforts are called that don’t make daily headlines but are just as impactful. They remind us that corporate responsibility is not just a concept, but a lived tradition - beyond company boundaries.
For years, ZF employees, alumni, and supporters have been committed with heart and conviction through the association ZF hilft e.V. to support people in need. They bring hope, enable help, and show the power of collective engagement.
This campaign is an expression of our shared values. It shows: help that comes from the heart reaches those who need it most.
Giving Hope Together – With Heart and Solidarity
Children’s hospices are more than medical facilities—they are places full of warmth, humanity, and hope. They offer families support when life falls apart. They create moments of laughter, closeness, and comfort—especially when the future is uncertain.
In Germany, around 100,000 children and adolescents live with life-shortening illnesses. For their families, this means daily emotional, physical, and organizational challenges. Yet only about 3,500 children receive support from outpatient or inpatient hospice services each year. The gap is large—and together we can help close it.
